One credit tracks one shipment. You can start it with a container number, a Bill of Lading, or a booking number — all three cost exactly one credit. That credit covers the shipment through its full lifecycle: booking, gate-in, departure, transshipment, arrival, discharge, and empty return.
Bill of Lading Tracking is included with every active paid plan. Choose Starter or Business to unlock Bill of Lading tracking.
No. A B/L consumes one credit regardless of how many containers are on it. Every container we discover on that B/L is tracked at no extra cost.
Nothing. Status polls, carrier webhooks, ETA changes, alerts, map views, and CSV exports are all unlimited and free once the shipment is created. A credit is consumed once, at successful creation, and never again.
No credit is consumed. A credit is only taken when the carrier confirms the shipment was created. If the same tracking number is already active in your workspace, we warn you instead of charging a second credit.
Plan credits are included with your subscription and are always used first. Purchased credits cost $2.00 each in packs of 5, 10, 50, or 100, with custom purchases from 200 to 500. They never renew or expire while your account is open. An active Starter subscription, including its 30-day trial, or above is required.
Business capacity changes in blocks of 25 from 25 to 500. Increases apply immediately, are prorated, and the extra credits for the rest of the period are granted straight away. Decreases take effect at your next renewal, and credits already granted are never removed.
The 30-day trial includes 10 one-time Tracking Credits and the Starter experience. A card is required to begin. Starter renews at $19 per month unless canceled. If you move to Business during the trial, paid billing starts immediately and the original trial credits remain available until their original expiry. Additional seats are arranged through CargoScope; client and guest access is read-only, free, unlimited, and never uses a seat.
